Return Policy
Me Too will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please email custservice@metooshoes.com to request a prepaid shipping label.. You may give the package to any UPS driver or authorized UPS drop off location.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

You may request a return online at custservice@metooshoes.com or via phone 1-877-638-6674. You will receive credit within 7 days of receipt in our warehouse. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 days to post to your account after the credit is applied.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE (LAST CHANCE) ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Me Too guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing custservice@metooshoes.com


Exchanges
In order to ensure you get the style, size and color you would like to exchange for, we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then either email customer service at custservice@metooshoes.com for return authorization and prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return for a refund.

When you email customer service please try to include order number or full name the order was originally placed under so they can locate the order and file the return as an exchange as quickly as possible. A full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
